We need a local lawyer/accountant who can assist us with remote company registration in USA or Canada (with legal address), provide us a local nominee director and assist with bank account
Ready to discuss final price for services and annual director fees.

I am able to direct you to a reliable provider (not a Fiverr guy); just be advised that he will insist on performing some due diligence of your business, to avoid reputation risk (when providing you a nominee director).
Are you interested?

I am just a simple countryman. Anything I say is only a personal opinion, not a certified advice 🙂

If you think it makes sense, you can like it; if opposite, please, tell me, why I am wrong...

nominee director is not common in the US and I doubt you can find any good offer with regards to that

Yes, I agree, it's rather exceptional. It can be useful in certain cases, though.

I cannot agree ”“ personal experience. You just do not get it as cheap as in some another places; but when you run a business that is worth it, it works.

Thanks, can you recommend some good nominee director service? Personally I couldn't find any reliable provider.

Honestly, as it is not my service and I am not working with them, I cannot say for sure. Just generally, I wouldn't call their fees very high, definitely not. Yes, to have a nominee in the U.S. is not so easy and cheap as in some other places, simply said; my guess is that the more important treshold (for some clients) could be a due diligence (simplified, it's just because of a reputation risk danger) of the client's business, what is a must in this case; but it is just my guess. I can share the contact with you in the PM and you can ask them directly, if you like...

Do you know the expected yearly price range for that nominee service?

For Canada - do you really need a nominee director for your use case? I am not a Canadian resident and I recently incorporated in Canada myself (online registration, Ontario) and I opened a bank account with RBC. (I do have dual citizenship with Canada, but this normally does not make any difference in setting up a Canadian company, when non-resident) I did open the RBC account in person though. However they said they have experience in opening accounts remotely. So depending on the type of business that you are doing, maybe a nominee is not needed? If you are trying to do something real-estate related in Canada, then it might get tricky as a non-resident, even with a Canadian company.

You normally do not need one. For Canada, you are required to keep your company documents in Canada. But you can print them on stickers and put them behind the fire hose in the closet of the building of your registered address (or whatever, they won't check). For the US, I think the only reason to hire somebody if for better access to banking etc. but I would not recommend it either as due diligence is expensive and nobody will just do it for you.

Well, as it seems to be somehow in the public interest 😉, I've asked them myself. From what I have heard, the price is strictly tailor-made according to what is requested, beginning from just-a-person-in-the-files doing close to nothing and spending on it ~a hour monthly and ending with managing an accountant and a part-time office worker, signing contracts and engaging external lawyers, all on the almost daily basis... In numbers, none of their clients is currently charged less than USD 400/month, the upper limit they have not shared 😉. From what I witnessed, their hourly rate begins at USD 275.

Yes, I agree. Perhaps I'll add as a reason to hire a nominee, if you have some passport (or a residence) with really a bad reputation in the US ”“ in the same time being completely OK personally.
