UK business services delay

Hello,

I'm interested to know why company registrations in the UK are taking so long, as registration times have also extended up to one week. I'm also curious about obtaining a VAT number and other services related to entrepreneurial activities within the UK.

I've searched on Google.com, but I can't find any articles or links providing an explanation.

It must be related to all the new rules and regulations that have been introduced for UK LTDs regarding additional KYC verification, owners, and much more. The days when it only took an hour must be over now.

yeah tried to setup a new UK LTD with Company Formation and Registration UK | 1st Formations

They request tons of documents now to have to be verified and stuff like this. I gave up.

I have also noticed that they have a very long waiting time for responses, as well as extended support response times.
