Bank account for GmbH for non german resident

Has anyone opened or tried to open a bank account (non EMI) for GmbH? I live in the EU but outside Germany. Please share your experiences. I need a bank account with German IBAN.

The easiest way would be to visit a branch in person.
Sparkasse, Commerzbank ...

Yes of course I would like to visit bank in person and i have bank account in Sparkasse already but in different part of Germany (personal and for a different foreign company).
This local branch do not allow me to open bank account for company registered in Berlin that's why I am asking.

Just go to another branch.

Each Sparkasse branch can make its own rules.
I can't think of any logical reason why a company in Berlin should not be accepted.
