Bank accounts - top up with card

Hello,

Could someone share guidance or examples of banks offering accounts that can be topped up with a (foreign) bank card ?

In other words :
From the bank online customer account, one can charge a (foreign) bank card to receive money instantly.

Does it have to be a bank or you just need a prepaid card? There are lots of options of prepaid cards that are not banks.

Also, where you reside and your citizenship are of utmost importance when it comes to the options available to you.

Revolut Bank has that. Otherwise, as scooterguy said, there are a lot of prepaid platforms you can top up with a foreign card.
