for those who bought on Kraken and want to close their positions this is actually great news - no questions whatsoever to deposit bitcoin from the same address previously used to withdraw, cashout on a liquid tight spread market and send anywhere from the account and personal IBAN in your name

Unfortunately, I'm right. This might eventually get their EMI/VASP license revoked.

You don't understand how tough laws are with crypto. MiCA regulations, FATF regulations, etc..

This will also increase the competition with other VASPs who will start making reports to the FCA and license issuers.
