I live in the UK but need an offshore bank account that won't report to them.

Puerto Rican IFEs maybe? Olibank, Zenus, FVBank

Most EMIs are not going to be reporting for at least a year as well, if I recall correctly.

why would you need that? it does not exists any longer. Everything will be reported to your local tax auth. if not now then in 12 months!

Check Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
Might need to spend $500 for long term visa/lease to open the account, dependent on the bank teller on the day.
No CRS, Visa/Union Pay Card for about $5 year, online banking and app. Most offer quick SWIFT transfers via APP.
