I can do 50k USD/EUR up to 100M+ on-ramp transactions to BTC/USDT through my crypto desk with a corporate bank account at OCBC Singapore, a trusted Paymaster held by contract. Clients would need to pass KYC/AML to get onboarded, but with a low regulatory threshold.

For someone with bulletproof SOF Mt.pelerin is by far the best method as far Ive seen. Especially for 7+ figures
