It depends very much on your business model and you residency how they operate. Many around here are satisfied. Anyway, there are plenty of options for you as you may see from the thread already. Intergiro is another option.

It was a personal account with no business transaction. I had an excellent experience with them too for a very long time until I made a transfer once which has nothing suspicious in fact. Going to a weatsern European country, small amount, literally no red flag. They blocked the account and they asked me to send my ID. I obviously did right away and then still ended up going silent for months and ignoring my emails. No good financial institutions will keep your money and ignore you for months. I was also satisfied for years before this happens. Clearly nothing to do with country of residence. I don't and I've never lived in any shady country or a country known for illegal financial activities or on a black list politically. So no, this has nothing to do with my country of residence.

What's the problem with using swissquote then? Also most of European accounts could be used, just ask beforehand

You think it's possible to send them crypto, convert it to EUR/USD, buy JEPI and hold it there forever getting dividends and send them from swissquote to any bank? 🙂 Btw what swissquote is better to use, swiss or lu? Swiss has some extra taxes as I know, but lu us EU.

I don't like swissquote, but you should be able to do what you say with them or with any other bank, if not directly then going through a crypto exchange.
For example you can do all this with Mercury, kraken and IBKR in the US.

Remember that JEPI is a great instrument but you must DYOR and build a diversified portfolio.

I use IBKR just for "white" incomes, but want not to mix it with crypto and with other "shady" income. That's why want to use some other broker, and SQ looks like not bad, including that they are OK with crypto directly and based in swiss. The question also is what is better, LU or CH their version...

Mind sharing what it is you don't like about SQ?

May I ask why you don't like Swissquote?

Best way to do is through a lawyer who will accept the wire in his trust account and in exchange he will send you the crypto but you will need to provide KYC !

You should not give your crypto (“in custody”) to anyone

use ibit then, but anyhow the name of the game is self custody or its pointless (in which case ibit is fine).

I totally agree with you guys, to transfer your cryptos to some 3rd party wallet like Coingate, Swissquote, Kraken etc. is like giving them all your coins; you never know when they might suddenly introduce new and stricter verification or decide to freeze your coins for one reason or another.
