Hello! Anyone haveing experience in setting up a corporate trading account for a UK Ltd? Legit funds etc but I live in Sweden (director / owner),

Looking for inputs if anyone has had a smooth experience in setting up an account. Looking to trade shares and not CFDs.

Thank you

Hello,
You are currently facing a recurring problem, banking an entity that does not present a "local center of management".
That means: -Local Director physically operating the account and local lease & utility bills, If you don't have that we could introduce you to a reliable specialist in order to reshape your structure and optimise your taxation.
We could still introduce you to banking partners ( physical high street bank and not EMI) that would enroll your structure as it stands even though this could potentially represent a tax risk at some in your country of residence since the UK ltd is directly managed by yourself.
Feel free to DM for further informations.
Always keen to help.
Regards.

Saxobank and IBK if your company is setup with substance and they will accept it.
