Haven't applied yet. It's likely they will reject due to location of the business, not the operations (it's a logistics business)
Price? Does it come with bank accounts?CyprusLawyer101 said:
We have a logistics company with a long good and clean history, currently not being used by the client and could be sold. Its a Cyprus company , let me know if there is interest.

No bank accounts were closed as currently not operating. Price in private, as it also depends on ongoing requirements.
better you ask which countries they accept before spending money on new registration of companies!inector said:
I want to try to apply to EMIs like Statrys, Currenxie, etc. with an offshore entity like BVI, Cayman, etc.
If they reject it, can I open up a company in a better place like HK / SG and then re-apply?
Owner is the same, just the entity changes.

They have lists on their websites. It is pretty clear. However they do have some leeway to onboard Caribbean companies and some will do it for white hat companies where they anticipate turnover. You have no way of knowing before you have the company.Clearsky Network said:
Simply email the EMI you want and ask them which jurisdictions they accept
