hundreds of "immigration specialists" available who can help with the paperwork, know the right people to speed it up and also just "make it happen" as a turn key service

I've been to Georgia. I wouldn't say it's developed. Tbilisi looks as if it was in a war.
Its indeed subjective. There are 66 developed countries, according to Wikipedia. Very popular Thailand is on last place, Georgia still fits in 🙂Rome said:
