I have a question regarding my situation - I travel a lot but ultimately based in the US. I recently incorporated my startup which I'm the shareholder (70% ownership). Now, some of the work I offer through my startup is consulting services and some of my clients are US clients. All my invoices reference my Singapore company and I do receive a W8 BEN from my clients. I am currently reinvesting the profits into building our product and do not take an income yet and do pay the CIT for Singapore companies. Am I also required to pay US taxes on profits even though I do not take an income?

You need to contact a US tax advisor ASAP, you have a sh*tton of forms to file with the IRS
