Based in Canada and looking to setting up a US LLC as foreigner for e-commerce business. I'll be shipping products to the US, but won't have any employees there, just using forwarder warehouses so no PE. Does this mean I won't have to pay US taxes based on US Canada treaty? Also, if I take money out of the business, does it mean I'll only pay taxes as dividend on that in Canada, and not in the US?
