LLC for US amazon biz, UK citizen

UK citizen, looking to create a limited company in a country with low taxes that has an online amazon business that sells to the US. At the moment amazon with-holds 30% of earnings if it doesnt have a tax treaty with that country.

Looked into Cyprus but they do not seem to offer non dom status to those out of the EU.

Yes , exactly. Amazon were keeping 30% of it depending on where you file your taxes.

You should take a look at Georgia, it's the only country in the world that has a 0% treaty with US (grandfathered from the old USSR treaty), that doesn't contain a limitation on benefits clause and it's a territorial taxation country.

If you mix all those features together you could end up with 0% tax because royalties aren't subject to US WHT and in Georgia foreign income like Amazon royalties is exempt from taxation.

Not sure what you read to get that idea, but it's not correct. Non-domicile status is available to anyone who hasn't lived in Cyprus for the past 20 years and is valid for a period of 17 years.

It was from a company based in Cyprus. They were saying unless I get residence permit this was not possible for UK citizens. Sols, can you recommend some companies that do this?

Wait, territorial taxation in Georgia is only for natural persons, not companies.

This means that to achieve what i said you have to get Georgian tax residency.

Keep in mind that "any operational" company requires to have a local center of management to have a chance surviving in the middle long run. This means:
-Local director physically operating the account.
-Local lease and utility bills.
This could be organised by yourself directly,
