Unionpay card in europe

We are looking for a UnionPay card in Europe that helps us to receive payments for our clients.

Because my country is not yet into unionpay system i find one company that provide unionpay cards. Still you have to be from eligable country to recieve the card. And yes i am not affiliated with this site. Just my personal research. Silkpay.eu

Did you tried this company and know how reliable they are or you only did research and posted the link to a random company ? It's OK just wanted to know about personal experience.
