I've been considering buying some run down property in Italy, not a grand purchase basically around 50,000 Euro, it's the sort of property price that i do not need to attend (nor want to) to complete a transaction purchase, let alone look at the property, as i'd gut it and re-style old within new, something for weekends when back in Swiss for holidays.
Only issue is I no longer bank in Europe except a few EMI's... In addition if i pull liquidity to my current location it will create a taxable event (territorial taxation).
Any recommendations on how to approach such? Stablecoin? -> where / how to liquidate and complete a purchase, obstacles, etc
