Cheapest setup and accounting for a bridge company with no benefit?

Hi Everyone,

I want to setup a company that I would use to pay myself a salary. The company will not have any benefit and I am wondering where would be the easiest and cheapest setup and maintaininance cost.

The idea is the following:

Let's assume I have in country A (all clients pay me there), then, from the profits I will pay to another company (the one I want to create in country B), and from here, I will pay myself a salary as a freelancer in country C.

Note: I am a resident in both countries A and C.

Any suggestions, recommendations?

It sounds complicated and like a bad idea to avoid paying taxes. But since you ask, I would set up such a company in England, if you don't live there, and run your deceits as long as it can go and then skip the company afterwards. Alternatively, do it with a Seychelles, Belize, or another exotic company where you might be able to get a bank account. But generally, I don't think this is a good idea.

Ontario disregarded LP, US LLC, UK LLC. The cheapest is probably the UK one, which you can run for less than 100 pounds per year. Offshore is not good as they cost minimum 2000 USD per year.

Offshore company is not for you with a very low budget and no clue about how to go about it all.
