What does it mean when coinbase say, send within 2 hours and now it's 5 hours ago?

I have received some coins in Coinbase Commerce. I didn't want to pay $30 for a transfer, so I chose option 2, medium speed, 2 hours! Now, it's been 5 hours, and my cryptos haven't moved at all. Coinbase status for transfer: Pending.

What is it that I'm missing here?

Do you have a txID for the payment? If that's the case Coinbase already sent the payment.

Probably as you chose medium-speed coinbase used low network fees, meaning the payment will get confirmed slower depending on the network congestion

Funds could have been flagged (depositor).

Would recommend a alternative crypto payment merchant... Coinbase can be pretty anal.
