Hello, iam considering establishing a company with a nominee director and share holder even in jurisdictions that do not make public such records (perhaps Seychelles, Belize, or Nevis)
This is for a second layer of privacy.
a.) How do people approach getting nominee directors/shareholders... should incorporation companies be trusted?
b.) Should I be asking a specific type of nominee director/shareholder citizenship?
c.) Most importantly, how do you know they are not blacklisted or reused in 100 companies?
d.) Will I get their passport, and governmed issued IDs, and what happens If i need an updated image in the future will they still have contact with them ?
e.) How do you sleep at night knowing that they have access to the bank accounts?
