Any advice for a simple online retail business in 2023?

All to reduce taxes, so that branches send some payments to some company.

ex. Consultancy company in BVI, but we are not in 2005

Obviously legally. Operating companies are in EU

It's a resell business.

Is it suspicious for a tax man that a company suddenly started paying trademark interest for the brand it always had?
