I have a company based in the UK (I'm non-resident). I am looking for a credit card payment provider for my website where I will sell top-up and digital gift cards? I will apply to Stripe, do you think it will be approved? If I open a Paypal business account, will it be suitable for this project? Do you think it will cause problems for these two platforms later? Also, what would be your recommendations, which payment providers would you recommend?

Russian payment processors may be the solution for such business.
