Looks like Revolut Dubai Coming Soon

Now Dubai seem to be regulated over the next 5 - 10 years and the good old tax haven Dubai will disappear I can imagine why Revolut add Dubai to the list.
 
Wise also came to UAE, got banking license, worked for 6 months or so and then closed the shop overnight.
Once Arabs figured out how much money their state owned banks will lose due to this competitor - they will just shut them down same way as Wise.
