They are scammers, forget it. You might get an account set-up with their help at Hamilton Bank but you know how this will end.

I would not work with any russian financial services, be it exchanges, cards, banks, accounts, etc. All this sooner or later leads to blockages and other problems.

The problem with all these Russian services is they can (and probably will) use our KYC docs for nefarious purposes. Who needs THAT issue?
