Best way would be through an OTC , provided they understand the transaction and participate.

You can inject crypto to company as a contribution in kind.
A contribution in kind is an equity increase that is not in cash: e.g. incorporation of liabilities in equity, contribution of assets, of a business, receivables or goodwill and which can be remunerated by issuance of new shares (either at incorporation of a new company or an increase in share equity).

Depending on the jurisdiction you have different legal requirements for documents concerning the valuation, and possibly different tax consequences.
That's where Estonia stands out since you can cash out a few millions like this without even needing to deal with an auditor which can be a headache and cost a lot of money.
