is Dubai Freezone still Zero tax?

As per title, is it still easy to get 0% Tax on your Freezone company?
Do you need to apply for the 0% tax exemption (like in Hong Kong) ?


In my case: 100% of income is derived from outside of Dubai (eu/usa/uk, etc).
and I would only live 3-4 months a year in Dubai (just enough to get the Tax certificate).

no you gotta pay and more importantly do paper shuffling and file.

I got my WIO business approved in under 3 hours of applying.

It used to take a lot longer, and there used to be some issues like them not accepting you for no reason. But that seems to be fixed.
