BVI/Nevis yearly costs and checklist

Hello,

I'm looking for a jurisdiction for a holding company. The company would own a Wyoming LLC just to avoid US estate taxes.

I would like a cheap jurisdiction with minimum reporting required. I have nothing to hide. I just want to avoid paperwork.

Which are the best options?

How much would be the yearly cost? How much paperwork would I need to file?

I'm based in South America. I want to do tax deferral. The Wyoming LLC would work for me, but I want a plan to avoid US estate taxes.

Nevis is cheaper than the BVI nowadays and much more private.

There is a new requirement for BVI BCs to file accounts, the register of directors are public, and so on.
If you need it only to hold shares Nevis is an ideal option.
