Nominee Director and UBO

I saw nominee services here, but if I'm not mistaken those are darks, and I don't want to go dark.

I would like to hire a nominee director and UBO for a Nevis Company.
Nevis doesn't have public disclosure.

That's not the problem. A nominee UBO could one day decide that he is not a nominee and take over your company.

If you use a proper service and do your homework there is no risk in it. These useless fake darks are not worth it. You can shield your company in a way that it isn't misused by the nominees - That said, most often such entities are used for a year, after that you register a new one. Rinse and repeat.
