Giving back to the community:
Have contacted 2 of them from the list - JurisTax and Sovereign
And also contacted 4 local Mauritius accountants I found using Google Maps pointed on the Island
And my results are that quotes I've got from local providers are, like, 10-15% of what these 2 quoted me.
My goal is establishing a Domestic Company (not GBC) without any substance, so very simple thing, no need for a very reputable top-level provider, my approach might be not for everyone
Also, out of these 2 I've talked, I'd go with JurisTax - quick, responsive, better quote

Thanks for sharing your experience! Sounds like going with a smaller firm might be a good fit in your case.
Would you mind sharing some names of the other service providers that you spoke with? The ones that were knowledgeable, responsive, and competitively priced would be most interesting to know about.

Prices among local firms are very very similar, it's like a whole established isolated market over there and another one is the market of "international" offshore-incorporation service providers. So competitive prices are not an issue, they all have this ~20% price.
These guys Parker Russell (Mauritius) · 7th Floor, Shehnaz Tower, 30 Louis Pasteur St, Port Louis, Mauritius has the best reviews on Google Maps, but they like "We are looking for a space in our very crowded schedule to have a chat with you, have a comprehensive quote while you are waiting though"
Other local service providers are fighting for clients and willing to chat with you on Saturday and Sunday, whenever you want, but how good are they? Nobody really knows. Good thing I don't care much, so will go with the most responsive and "looks professional enough" one

Thanks for sharing Vasily. I am sure we in the community are eager to learn from your experience. What annual cost are you anticipating? In other countries we hear the stories of attractive packaging and then significantly increased cost once you are going. how do you feel about that?
