Alternative to Portugal NIF

Hey,

Anyone (and any company) can get a NIF (local tax number) in Portugal (for like bank account, documents, etc.)

I believe Turkey is like this as well.

Any alternatives?

Would the company have tax obligations for it? Like filing taxes, etc.

NIE in Spain is an option, but not sure of tax implications

Unless of course you let some roots grow in Espana.

E-residency gives you a personal code which can be used also as a tax number (it will be considered your Estonian TIN). On top of that you can access other digital services, e.g., you can register a company, branch or PE in Estonia.

Yes, as per EU Directives. This is probably the easiest way to get a TRP or visa.

No need for capital, but some substance is required (for the host entity and its establishments in both countries) with reference to Article 7 of the relevant EU directive:

Article 7
1. Member States shall reject an application for an intra-corporate transferee permit in any of the following cases:
(c) where the host entity was established for the main purpose of facilitating the entry of intra-corporate transferees;
