US Accountant required

Good evening,

I have recently come across big shortfalls in the Management of an LLC in Delaware by one of my former Managers. This LLC opted to be treated as a Corporation for Taxes, however, this person never filed for any Tax returns. Whilst we are currently working through years of Transactions, I really need some help finding a qualified CPA / Accountant in the US who could help us understand the consequences and required filings, as well as organise the subsequent Liquidation of this said Entity.

Reaching out randomly to Accountants did not bring much success, mostly I was advised that the respective Firm doesn't have any experience with LLCs that have foreign members.

Would really appreciate some guidance!

Yes. Thats the case. After realising what has been going on, I shut down business operations a couple of weeks back, and now this has to be cleaned up.
