In response to happyjohn, please note that some professional service providers might not be interested in the potential leads they perceive they could gather from offshorecorptalk.

Among my relatives and kindred, there are people who are involved in serving different types of clients in the UAE under different firms, whose average clients are very different in size.

I feel that there are primarily SME owners here (e.g., companies with less than 50 employees), so recommending a firm that mostly serves multinational corporations will probably not be very useful to most forum users.

The challenges and expectations of a small family-owned business and a billion-dollar company are somewhat different.

With that in mind, we have opened an office in UAE and aim to provide a full scope of corporate services in-house.
This means a partner who would help you set up and manage the company compliantly, including appointing directors.
Currently our UAE team consists of a few employees.
We specialise in international tax and understand well the challenges and needs of family-owned and owner-managed businesses.
We have a great deal for auditing for our clients (provided by a partner).
Note that corporate services are not the same as legal firms, so if you seek legal advice, you should better approach law firms.
Prior to the implementation of CIT in UAE, most corporate service providers only helped to set up and renew company licenses; all other services were outsourced. I believe the industry will change a bit now, as clients might expect to get the full range of corporate services under one roof.

Another one who has completely misunderstood the audience in this ecosystem. 😀

At least we identified 2 professionals who took the advantage to advertise their services.
