You can pay the agent for a virtual office to receive mail, this doesn't create any substance in the USA.

You can also pay for an address that works as a PO box to receive mail.

Registered agent forward me any postal mail directly to me

So basically the Registered agent acts like an employee or secretary of mine and using his real physical address which gonna grant me away from paying taxes in US legally

In this ownership they want us to have a real physical US address for your company and here you will completely taxed as US company owned by US person
