Does the "Non Dom" Republic of Ireland and / or Northern Ireland have any popular overseas territories, autonomous zones, free zones, enclaves or similar types of anomaly type lands associated with it that are not British per say.... That may lower your different types of taxes like capital gains and personal income

Well, the Republic of Ireland actually pioneered free zones, creating the Shannon free zone in 1959, offering customs, VAT and corp tax exemptions/reductions. Chinese leaders visited multiple times in the 1980s and pretty much copied the concept for Shenzen.
Now though, the rest of Ireland has pretty much the same benefits as the Shannon free zone, so it's not such a big deal anymore.
And overseas territories, no. When the Republic of Ireland became independent in 1921 it was too late, the age of discovery was over, all the territories were already taken. And Northern Ireland isnt an independent country so doesnt have overseas territories of its own.
There is the Isle of Man though in the Irish Sea which is an autonomous zone.

Republic of Ireland (EIRE) is a separate country, nothing to do with the UK.
Isle of Man belongs to the King. (it's a private island in his personal ownership, outside of UK Law). or a Crown Dependency, self governing like Jersey/Guernsey - it has nothing to do with the UK.
There is no separate Isle of Man citizenship, residents of the Isle of Man are British citizens.
The UK handles the external affairs and defence of the Isle of Man.
In the event of a financial firm's failure, the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) protects consumers in the Isle of Man (and Channel Islands and Gibraltar).
The UK pound is pegged 1:1 with the Manx pound, and UK pounds are legal tender on the Isle of Man.
While UK primary legislation does not ordinarily apply to the Isle of Man or other Crown Dependencies. It can be extended to them if UK Government departments consider it necessary or if they have received a request from a Dependency to do so.
So in total, saying that the Isle of Man has nothing to do with the UK is not quite right. It has a degree of autonomy, but is intertwined with the UK in multiple ways by many agreements.

The passport is different but citizenship is the same.
Not a hard job to defend a place nobody wants.
The financial sector of the island today is practically defunct.
But not viceversa.
Sadly, it has lost most of its appeal in the last 15 years.
Don't even buy the “no speed limits” legend because popo sets up speed checks wherever there is a nonsense limit sign and love to go around on unmarked cars to charge people for “reckless driving”. Maybe just up on the Snaefell you can press down on the pedal.

At least Jersey and Gibraltar have an own Compensation Scheme and will not be protected by UK FSCS.
Jersey: Government of Jersey
Gibraltar: GDGB About Us
In fact Jersey's scheme will cover up to £ 50,000 while UK's scheme will cover up to £ 85,000.
For Gibraltar, the cap is €100,000, which is roughly equivalent to £ 85,000.
