Anyone have any ideas on johur bahru (malaysia visa obtaining)?

Think it would be ideal to structure my business move there (tax) and myself (tax) whilst being close to Singapore.

Like the idea of being beside Singapore - Wife, Kids... and it's only a hours flight from our main home.

If you have enough (legit) money willing to deposit, banking is always easy.

But if you want to run your business in SG, you still need corporate banking - does the personal relationship automatically transfer or greatly help to get the corporate one?

Pretty easy, you can open a personal bank account in HSBC Singapore remotely through their app.

You get the bank account instantly.

Anyone? Or you have to live in Singapore? Looks strange to me that anyone can open a bank account remotely in HSBC via their app even if you don't live in singapore
