Hi Guys.

I'm looking up to open a Offshore Company. As a Brazilian Lawyer, I expect to get some more clients doing this kind of service. However, I have Idea where to begin to learn more about the jurisdiction, taxes and online bank account.

Recently, I saw some dude talking about SFM system, but found out that it's probably not the best one.

As an lawyer in Brazil you should no where else than Brazil register your company???

Welcome to the forum thu&¤#.

Have a search through the threads in the forum. However the first place you should start with is your own countries laws or partner with another local law firm that specializes in offshore to learn the ropes in that area.

Opening an offshore company is fairly easy. But opening one that will function efficiently in terms of tax and compliant in terms of place of operation and management and control etc is not so straightforward.
