Hello guys, I'll explain my situation hopefully someone can help me. Currently, I own a business that sells fake reviews within EU market. As you may already know, this kind business, is a "grey" business in most EU countries. It's not a "super illegal" business, however, still not 100% legal. For this reason, I would like to add an additional layer of protection. Currently, I'm operating under a USA LLC in WY (on my name) + Stripe + domain/hosting under LLC name. This business averaging around 10k USD per month.
Considering that I would like use darks, which one can be the best solution? I was thinking about setting up a UK LTD + STRIPE + BANK ACCOUNT with darks, however, my main doubt are how I could cashout safely.Any suggestion? Also, which one is the best way for transferring the business from my US LLC/name to the UK LTD? In case something happen, cannot be suspected that I gave away everything to this UK LTD? Some other suggestions? Ofc I cannot restart everything wit scratch using since I work with SEO + Affiliates.
