As technical aspect, I should go for high RAM mobile phone or higher CPU...

doesnt matter that much.
Just get google pixel 7 and put calyx os on it.

As long as you use a hardware wallet it doesn't matter.

It's safe on any phone.

Don't hold any amount of crypto on your phone that you are not ready to lose. No mobile phone is secure. End of story
