After some lurking here I give it a shot, maybe someone can help me out in this situation.
I own crypto within the upper 7-figure range, SoF is non-existing. There is no history which I would be able to show. The crypto I own are yet clean and come directly from an exchange requiring KYC (darks were used). Also I am living in germany (tax-residency and homecountry) and would prefer to stay here. An official relocation is be possible as long as I can stay undercover in germany.
Some way to get everything started, as in generating a high monthly income which nobody can question, would be already a good starting point. Cashing out everything would be even better.
Also I don't care about cash, I want to have that money legally in my name. Or atleast as much as possible.
While initally stating that there is no SoF at all, there might be some for about 2 million, dating back 3-5 years. I prefer not to use them at all because if by any chance the german tax office will get hold about information about those wallets I will not only have to pay an obsence amount of tax and fines but also get a free ride to jail for some time for tax evasion. It's worth to mention that there is not the slightest trace from wallets used years prior to the wallets I've got today. There is no more trading history and no more nothing. The crypto I own today should be handled as if they simply appeared out of thin air.
