Do Thailand resident need to declare offshore bank account in tax return ?

Hello everyone,

I am thinking about permantelty moving to Thailand using Thai Elite visa.

I want to live in Thailand all around year..

This make me Tax resident of Thailand.

My question is Do I need to declare my world wide asset and bank account details ?

Yes I know income will be only taxable , Only if the income is remitted to Thailand in the same year when it is earned.

But My question is about the Assets, property and offshore bank account.

Is there a requirement to declare/report offshore assets (e.g. foreign financial accounts, securities)to the country/jurisdiction's fiscal or banking authorities in thailand?
