Hello,

since UAE has not 0% corporate tax anymore, which countries are now usable for a cheap and easy setup, including bank accounts?

Heard of Isle of Man and BVI. Don´t know if that´s cheap and easy though.

Any other ideas? Consider only a) 0% b) easy management/compliance c) cheap maintenance . Living is not considered for this discussion.

Thank you in advance.

Nothing like Dubai, It's still 9% tax on profits. Nowhere you will get banking like Dubai.

But Dubai banks don't have "Deposit Insurance" and don't pay "interest" ....But what is intriguing I heard a few years ago is a few banks if you sign up to use their services u have a "chance" at winning prizes of a million plus dirhams!!! 🙂 Better than getting a guaranteed free toaster or a pen lol ....

Also it's worth mentioning bank accounts can be "ultimately" frozen in Dubai even though unlikely...but then again there Murphy's law...or in the UK they say sod's law....or even a unrelated law in Dubai called Sharia law which is totally different but can still possibly freeze or take from your accounts 🙁....

US LLC in the form of a disregarded single member passthrough entity is what you are looking for if we are talking cheap.

Very limited in banking and very much dependent on where you live if really tax free.

Commercial Bank of Dubai is currently offering 2.5% on new funds for business accounts for amounts between 1-5M AED. For personal accounts, FAB offers 5% as part of the iSave account.

Isle of Man needs a resident director (they don't come cheap), plus you would need UK passport to call it home. If you are looking at IOM then consider Guernsey or where I live in Sark....

The age of cheap and easy setup including bank accounts is over.

I've been looking into Belize for the Offshore Company with Singapore for the Offshore Company Banking, but I'm a ways from pulling the trigger on anything.

You can incorporate a Georgia free zone company; Georgia free zone companies do not require you to pay any kind of tax; Georgia is not on the FTFA gray list or black list.
