Dubai FZCO 0% Tax Updates

Greetings all!

Does anyone have the latest on whether Freezone companies that aren't doing business in the mainland will be subject to the 9% tax?

I hear lots of conflicting information and still see no clear answer.

I'm presuming it needs to be paid.

With the current information we have all companies FZ or not will have to pay corporate unless they are qualified activities.

The pace of how fast things can change in UAE is amazing and scary at the same time.

This is what you have to deal with when you are dealing with a dictatorship. There is law and order, but what is okay today might not be so tomorrow.
