Which Caribbean country is cheapest to register and run the company ?

Cost of Registering and running the company is vary by country by country...
I want to find out which Caribbean country is cheapest to register run business ?
Heard Belize is cheapest one...Is it right ?
Yes I know cheapest one give too much headache on banking side..
Still want to find out which country is cheapest to register company...

Cayman Islands tend to cost more. Bermuda as well, if we ignore geography and lump it in with the Caribbean on cultural and geopolitical bases.

The rest have no meaningful differences. A few hundred or maybe a thousand USD difference in government fees here and there. Then it's up to which service provider you work with and what they charge.

A Belize company can just well under 1,000 USD with cheap service providers but thousands with someone like Vistra. The difference is in how much assistance and peace of mind you need.

Belize is the wild west for investing and banking. The government is constantly increasing corporate fees as it scrambles for US currency. I wouldn't keep much money in any bank in Belize. A few years ago Atlantic International frozen all USD accounts. Not sure how many month that took to straighten out.

I think it is easy and cheap to incorporate in Caribbean but only problem is banking which is hard to get.
I was thinking of cayman islands, but it is on Fatf Grey list + expensive.
So I would stick to Hong Kong tax free with corporate emi and it is not on fatf Grey list
