70% above 10k.
This is the stance of Jean-Luc Mélenchon, a presidential candidate in France.

In the most recent elections, he finished in the third place.

I already told people in this forum that France is a pure tax hell and it's gonna be even worse if Far-left Mélenchon gets elected in 2027 or maybe Le Pen because she wants the global wealth tax (ISF) back.

This has to be outdated.

The income tax bracket shown is unrealistic. It will never pass. How did you get this actually? There's no way Mélenchon shared that

If he did then he will basically turn France into a real socialist regime.

The 100% screen was from 2017, but now he reduced the rate to 90% only (lol)

well nothing new in france (and many areas of europe nowadays)...
it all started there after all many years ago... May 68 - Wikipedia

the issue is that those kids slowly took over a lot of key-places in public universities and schools (the guy is one of them) and they are brainwashing your kids into that crappy ideology... while they sip their champagne and enjoy their high public salary/pensions.
And it's almost always people with degrees in social sciences and humanities... many of them never worked a single day since they started doing politics while in university...
And when they realize there's no more money for them, they raise taxes in the name of equality...

He "was" a "free"mason too, so maybe he's just a puppet of someone bigger than him, and that's why he's got that big...

maybe time to clean and oil these tools again smi(&% :

I agree. Gen Z is leaning far left because of those stupid ideologies they see at school and that "right-wing = dictatorship = bad"

The reason why France has always been leftist is because of the 1789 riot...
