What is the best Offshore low to zero tax set up for Dropshippers wanting to use STRIPE/Shopify payments and selling
to EU/USA/UK customers?


I heard UAE is currently facing doubts due to the mandatory tax on ecommerce businesses (no more 0%)
Hong Kong is getting difficult to get the Foreign income exemption for corporate taxes
Singapore is expensive to set up
Bulgaria, hungary, Cryprus , etc do not support Shopify payments or stripe.

Why not form a company where you live?

The only difference is instead of 0% you pay up to 9% tax on profits over 375,000 AED/year.

Where are you based?

You might just set up 1 US LLC, it's pass-through and if there is DTT with your country of residence - you are good to go. Shopify payments / Stripe without ITIN.
