Best and safe tax fee country to move in Caribbean for crypto investor ?

I am trying to find best country for Crypto investor in Caribbean..
I heard about El Salvador ..but Find very unsafe...
Do anyone have experience in this area /
Which is the safest tax free country for crypto investor in Caribbean ?

Ref Caymans recently according to a property broker = no one interested in stablecoins/crypto.

Take bank transfer etc.

I know sellers that accept crypto in Barbados, St. Vincent, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Dominican Republic.
I also know the best real estate agent for the all the lesser Antilles, if interested PM me.

I personally sold a property in the Bahamas for part crypto and I gave the buyer a discount on the crypto portion, it was quite easy.
