There was some hubbub when they announced this last year. When you scratch the surface, it's not that interesting.

It's just a personal checking account for residents to transact up to 5,000 USD/month in crypto related activities. The amount can be increased with the bank's approval. It's better than what other banks in Panama are offering, but it's not suitable for business use or cashing out large sums of money.
