I need a reputable site to purchase UK shelf companies at a reasonable price. I have used CFS Formations in the past but having their nominee on the filing history raises alarm bells with merchants.

Does anyone recommend a site that will accept darks like CFS?

Have you ever tried rapidformations? The service is well known, and has already been a topic here on OCT.

If you are still looking for this can also recommend rapidformations.co.uk, have received good service from them before. Not sure about the use of DARK's though, I know most places that offer this service need to do some sort of ID and POA check on the directors, so they may fail. New rules potentially coming into force in March too, so may become harder soon. If you are looking for quality UK based Nominee's to use, who will take care care of all the ID documents you need. I do have a contact who can provide these.
