Letters of credit for UAE trading company

Hi fellow forum-ers,

I am currently looking to facilitate Letters of credit for a company registered in Sharjah free zone UAE. Obviously, it is registered as an offshore company. We deal with steel products, buy the steel from EU and export and resell in Turkey. We need 2 Mil USD L/C line as starting step which may be increased later on, based on business volume. However we are not looking to set up any corporate account, but only L/C facility bank account. Preferrably Switzerland or some other jursidictions in EU, but not liited to...

Looking forward to hear any ideas about banks that could help here...
