First of all it is possible there is internet banking in Guatemala, you are able to wire money in and out. The only issue is that the first time you want to send money out, you have to bring to the bank a form of the international bank account you want to wire to, afterwards you can wire directly from your bank account. If an European bank asks another bank here in Guatemala, they will not give any information at all. The only way a Guatemalan Bank will give an European bank information is if it is order by a Guatemalan court order. The European bank will have to start a legal process in order to get access to the bank account.
About gambling, there are restrictions, you cannot open a corporation for gambling, even thought we do have a lots of casinos, but they work as a charity foundations, it is a bit complicate to get a gambling license and it is very expensive. About pharmacy and adult business, there is any restrictions at all.
