Which country would fit the criteria:

-Territorial tax or taxfree
-No CFC Rules
-No mimimum stay or very little mimimum stay required
-Tax certificate easily available

Because no or little days would be spend in the country a good price-performance ratio would be preffered.

Thailand under the Elite Visa.

Im not sure if you can get a tax certificate tho, but certainly a tax ID number.
Idk if Thailand has CFC rules in paper but in practice they dont.

I have heard that some countries with territorial tax will give you a tax residency certificate if you have some local income that you pay tax on (rental income, local job as a bartender, whatever), even if they in theory would require you to spend 183+ days in the country for that. Might be worth exploring.

Why are you sure he will get Tax ID number? I thought it is subjective and depends on decision of tax authority.

In this context, when you mention "agents" do you mean "government/tax agents" or "agents who provide a service" or something else?

'Thailand Elite' is a private company with a contract with 'Tourism whatever of Thailand'

you cannot arrange the membership (which is what it really is, it just so happens to come with a visa) with 'Thailand Elite'. You have to use an agent to do the paperwork for you.

Some agents even take crypto, alongside helping you get a tax ID.

They claim they will give you tax residency in Paraguay - I kind of doubt that. But it seems like you will get a tax ID, which should be more than sufficient if you're really a digital nomad.

The only thing you can have in Paraguay based on residence permit is Tax ID. You have to spend 183 days per year + have a Paraguay as your vital interests centre to be able to obtain tax residency certificate. Even spending 183 days per year within country is not enough if tohr vital interests center is abroad.

I had to be more than 183 days in Panama to apply for tax residence certificate. 3 more months till It was approved.

Is it better to go with one of those working visas like Iglu.net over the elite visa?

No. Only property.

That was the problem. If you have any taxable income (and you are a permanent resident), you can have a tax residency certificate very fast. It is OK to br employed in your own company with a minimum wage. And after having witheld 1-2 montly personal income taxes, you can apply for TRC and it is issued within next 30 days, sometimes sooner.

They are an agency. They hire your as an employee, so you get a visa through them and they handle payroll/taxes, but you bring your own clients. If I remember correctly.
